Study on the Relationship between Pore Structure and Uniaxial Compressive Strength of Cemented Paste Backfill by Using Air-Entraining Agent

To control pores in the backfill, air-entraining agents (AEAs) are used as an admixture to realize pore structure changes under artificial action and explore effect of on strength. Two AEAs at different dosages were added backfill. The relationship was then analyzed between them from macro- mesoscopic aspects. results indicate that AEA can regulate AEACPB. With increase content, total volume sizes AEACPB increases, which proportion big medium gradually increases while small decreases. AEACPB’s UCS is linearly negatively correlated with porosity percentage, primary factor affecting structure. When pores’ constant, influence structures differs. A higher leads a linear strength; decrease exponential And fractal dimension has negative correlation by theory analysis.
